As well as yoga teaching, Cary is a qualified massage therapist with over 20 years experience.

She offers two types of massage, Thai Massage and “table massage”. The table massage can include deep tissue work and swedish massage techniques as well as some passive joint movement.

£50/hr – Students
£75/hr – clients (home visit)
