Hello my friends,

I’m very happy that we are coming out of lockdown but sad to say that the thing I was looking forward to most is not going to be able to restart! I have heard from the church today and they have said that we can not have group classes until we are back to Tier one. Arh!! Their interpretation of the rules is unlike any other yoga studio or gym that I am aware of. I will keep you posted if I can change their minds! Until then, I will be teaching at Triyoga and Down to Earth and hope you will join me there.
We will be back again!
